Our mission is to promote a community commitment to healthy parenting and to strengthen and enhance families to ensure the well-being of children. Parent's Place is a family resource center developed in 1987 by a group of community advocates sharing a commitment to healthy parenting and the building of strong families. We foster the development of parenting skills and personal esteem through parent support groups, informational services and parenting classes. Our programs include transition services for area high schools for pregnant/parenting-in-school youth, as well as maternity support services.
